Summary :

     The culture if management contribues mainly in fining  shared values employees through the focus on their need and consider them as true social partners who they should be respected ,well opportunity to contribute in the future of the organisation ,and to establishe distinctive performance standards based on axcellence and importance .

     This study aims at diagnosing the Relationship between culture of management and regulatory identity in algerian industrial corporation  and to present recommendations on the scientific study .
